Vicki supports Reboot’s communications, contributing to editorial, social media, and outreach.
Vicki comes from a multidisciplinary background spanning public relations, graphic design, and design research. Prior to Reboot, she attended Parsons where she contributed to reporting and media relations for the Al Johnson Art Studio. She also helped kickstart the New York branch for DREAM:IN, a global movement focused on training young people to create lasting socio-economic impact. She later worked as a freelance graphic designer producing brand materials for The Fresh Air Fund and helping redesign Rockefeller Center’s NBC store with SET Creative.
In May 2012, Vicki was sponsored by Parsons to travel to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and collaborate with the teams of DREAM:IN Brazil at PUC-RIO. Researching Rio’s favela communities, she brainstormed how to make sewage and garbage disposal more accessible to residents. She also helped design a pulley system for lowering and transporting garbage from the mountainous areas.
Vicki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Parsons The New School For Design. She is a Dean’s List graduate from the Design and Management program where she focused on graphic design. Growing up a “Jersey Girl”, Vicki speaks Greek with her family and is fluent in the art of diner food.
