- Strong detail orientation and the demonstrated ability to work autonomously and on deadline
- Ability to shift priorities and focus quickly and with minimal hassle as situations demand it
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including to diverse international locations
If you’ve got these chops, we don’t care how many years of experience you have under your belt. But before you begin putting together your application portfolio, there’s a few things you should know about us. We are a rapidly growing organization with a relatively flat management structure. We ask everyone to be a self-starting entrepreneur. Failure is embraced as long as lessons are learned, but we have little room for folks that aren’t willing to take responsibility for their actions and outcomes. Our current team is abnormally talented, highly driven, and we maintain standards of quality that other organizations find it difficult to achieve. If you have all of these traits and want to join a mission you’ll be proud of, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Applications
Compensation is competitive, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Especially qualified applicants will be eligible for performance commissions and equity ownership of the firm.
To apply, please compile a portfolio containing your cover letter, CV, at least 3 published writing samples, and any other materials you think will help us understand why you’re the right fit. When you’re ready, send your materials to “careers AT theReboot DOT org” with “Director of Communications & Marketing” in the subject line.
