Director of Programs

Are you a systems-minded, operational crackerjack that isn’t dissuaded by hard problems? If so, we want to hear from you. As Reboot expands our reach and impact, we seek a Director of Programs who knows how to bring complex, multi-stakeholder governance and development programs into reality, and can do so in the world’s most challenging and resource-constrained contexts.

Working directly with communities who deserve greater voice in the policies and programs that impact their lives, you will have the opportunity to show –– not just tell –– how an empathetic, people-driven approach to problem-solving can yield better and more sustainable outcomes. And you’ll have the chance to do so in partnership with some of the world’s most influential and innovative organizations.

You are an experienced, solutions-oriented project manager that has managed complex, global initiatives with diverse stakeholders and interests. You are perceptive, analytical, and an artful communicator. You have an operational mindset, but never forget the big picture. You work well with people across the spectrum, and can inspire and lead teams even in the face of hardship and ambiguity. You have served in senior, client-facing roles in demanding professional services environments. You will serve as the critical bridge between our clients’ goals and our teams’ work to realize them.

This is a leadership role at a rapidly expanding organization, with significant opportunities for professional growth. In addition to meeting our current needs, our ideal candidate sees Reboot’s forward trajectory and is able to help blaze the trail that will get us there.
