Casey Gerald
Director, Strategic Development
Casey oversees Reboot’s business growth, human resources, operations, and strategic communications. An alumnus of the Center for American Progress, where he worked on economic policy and government innovation, Casey is also a Senior Fellow of the Humanity in Action global human rights network. He is an advisor and frequent speaker to young people and organizations nationwide, and has been featured in outlets such as USA Today and The Dallas Morning News. Prior to Reboot, Casey led an effort to establish Dallas’s first office of civic engagement, and also worked on Houston Mayor Bill White’s campaign for Texas Governor. His private sector experience includes work with The Neiman Marcus Group, Lehman Brothers, and Vinson & Elkins LLP.
Casey graduated from Yale University, where he was a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship. When not dreaming of a day when service design is known the whole world over, he dreams that his beloved Dallas Cowboys are just one year away from another Super Bowl.
