Emma’s work focuses on effectively communicating complex ideas about the intersection of innovative technology and human rights. Prior to joining Reboot, Emma received her Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). At SIPA, Emma studied how media and communications can promote human rights and support international development. She’s also researched and written about monitoring and evaluation standards for media projects worldwide. Emma’s previous professional experience is in documentary film, where she learned the power of storytelling. Emma is passionate about the ways media and technology can lead to transformative social change. She is a graduate of Yale University and a proud Atlanta native.
