Program Fellow
Lynn is an urban planner with working knowledge of both domestic and international issues and a deep love for urban economies and the built environment. She has worked in the Health Unit of the International Rescue Committee as well as for the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, an NYC-focused public policy research center focused on land use, real estate development, and affordable housing. Lynn is well-versed in federal, state, and local policy related to anti-poverty, affordable housing, and workforce development funding streams in the US. Additionally, having worked, volunteered, or traveled in more than 30 countries, she has developed a serious passion for the fascinating informal economies that define cities in the Global South. Lynn earned her Masters in Urban Planning with a specialization in International Development from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service. In her spare time, Lynn works for two tech start-ups and tackles DIY and craft projects for her blog, Constitutionally Modern DIY.
